This place is really a 1.5 out of 5. Food needs alot work and service is very bad. Flavour was lacking, didn't really taste much other than bland pasta. I walked in and the guy at the front didn't smile nor did he greet me. He sort of glared at me once or twice. I didn't say anything but I didn't appreciate it either since I was a paying customer. The place was pretty empty but the decor and ambience on the inside is pretty nice. The place was also pretty dead. Should have been a sign not to order. Really not worth the $15.

Dont believe the pictures or descriptions of their dishes. It isnt what you get at all. And what we received was disgusting. Dont pay extra for protein you get two small pieces. There arent any vegetables in it! We ordered the chowmein and drunken noodles. Garbage and disgusting. This meal was a huge waste of money! It all went in the trash!

If you’re looking for the original Noodlebox taste that it used to have if you’ve ever been to the original ones in Victoria BC you will be deeply disappointed.When you ask for mild you’ll get medium heat. And since when do you get eggplant and carrots in a spicy peanut box. Please update your dishes to the original taste because it’s not the same and won’t be coming back.

Went here when I was very little, and then once again just a month ago. I had gotten their Teriyaki box with a specific order of hokkien noodles. My mother had gotten some zucchini noodles as a side. The lady was very nice to us as we ordered and we received our food pretty fast. We were the only people there at the time and it was lunch hour nonetheless, so I'm not very sure how they messed up my order. Instead of hokkien noodles I got the zucchini noodles, but I wasn't very mad about it as the rest tasted great and it was very filling.

Very disappointing.. New management does not honor the recipes. I tried a 2nd time - foolish hope.. same disappointment. Menu items are completely different. The quality of ingredients is poor. Quantity of vegetables is sad.I asked for hot peppers on the side and was told they only red paper flakes for heat...disgrace to the franchise.

My friend and I were in a hurry for a quick bite to eat between appointments. We came in and it was empty (weird for a Saturday around 1). We both ordered different dishes. I Love Asian food, I love noodles. This was.... disappointing. If it wasn't for me getting something spicy there wouldnt of been any flavor.Both of our noodles were tasteless, my friends were dry and she had to add the dip to the coconut shrimp in to give any flavor. The chicken was unbelievably dry and chewy and there was lil to no veggies. So basically just flavorless noodles.

We really enjoyed the food here at the Sherwood Park location. Our first time experience was great. We tried the ginger beef rice box and the spicy peanut noddle box. The flavour was great. The only opportunity for improvement would be to add a little more protein to each box.

I love Noodlebox, I used to live in BC where there were tons of them. I was really excited when I found out there was one in Sherwood Park.On one of the few days when I got off work early enough to get out there before they close, I decided I would head out from downtown to go and get some great food.I looked on their website and Google Maps page before driving out and both said they were open until 9. I got here at 8:30 and the lights are out and they are closed. What a waste of gas, and excitement.First I thought maybe they had altered their hours and just hadn't changed it online yet. However, the Business hours sign out front says they are open until 9 on Fridays and Saturdays.I hope to come back for another chance, but it will take a lot more convincing to get me to drive out now, knowing the risk that they may not be open.

Amazing experience had at Noodle box at Sherwood Park location. The food was fantastic, and the environment was so positive. Really enjoyed the experience, Now onwards, this is my go-to restaurant 10/10.

Edit Update! Place is still friggin good!!Added picture of Kids box and Spicy Peanut bowl.Both were fantasticJust good.Pictures below - empty bowls.The portions here are huge. I had the pad Thai, it was fresh, had great flavour.The tom yum soup is incredible.My kid always has the Kid Box with chicken. For 6.50 this is a huge portion, and appeals to her kid tastes.Recommend: High!All that is needed is jacket hooks.
